Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms cover buying and using Updatronix 3000 from holdmywp.com. Please read them before you order—they’re short.

1. Who we are

holdmywp.com is operated by Quentin Le Duff, a sole trader (entreprise individuelle), SIREN 820673903. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What you’re buying

Updatronix 3000 is a paid add-on to the free Updatronix plugin. It adds WordPress/PHP compatibility checks before automatic updates, an update queue, dependency chains, protection for version-controlled items, white labeling, CSV/XML/JSON exports, and developer tools (hooks, functions, REST API).

It’s a lifetime license for 1 site — you pay once, and you keep access to all future updates. There’s no subscription.

The code is open and licensed under GPL V2.

3. Placing an order

  • An order is final once we’ve confirmed it by email.
  • By ordering, you accept the price and product description shown on the site.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • We may block or cancel an order if payment fails or the details don’t check out.

4. Price & payment

  • Prices are shown on the product page and payable in full before download.
  • We may change prices at any time, but you always pay the price shown when you order.
  • Because you get the product immediately by download, orders are not refundable once delivered.

5. Delivery & download

You get the plugin right after payment is confirmed. Just download and install it.

We’re not responsible for download problems caused by your equipment, software, or internet connection, or if the plugin isn’t compatible with your setup.

6. Support

We help with installation and use of Updatronix 3000, and we fix bugs. Support doesn’t cover:

  • conflicts with other themes or plugins
  • custom code or modifications you make to the plugin

7. Intellectual property

The website content belongs to holdmywp.com and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Your data

We use the personal data you give us to process your order and send invoices. See our Privacy Policy for details. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

9. Liability

We provide the plugin “as is” under GPL V2. We’re not liable for data loss, damage to your site, or any issue caused by using the plugin.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a dispute, please contact us first. Any legal action falls under the competent courts of Rennes.
